Helper class to remove unwanted dependencies from DataFormats/PatCandidates related to PAT trigger data formats.

The following class(es) are implemented in the pat::helper namespace:

• TriggerMatchHelper: + provides the usage of functions which need the edm::AssociativeIterator;
