Detailed Description

Dots draws SVG symbols at a set of points.

d                      required               list of (x,y) points
symbol                 default=None           SVG symbol or a new identifier to
                                              label an auto-generated symbol;
                                              if None, use pre-defined _circular_dot
width, height          default=1, 1           width and height of the symbols
                                              in SVG coordinates
attribute=value pairs  keyword list           SVG attributes

It will reject the event if any of the triggers are PASS or EXCEPTION(this matches the behavior of "!*" before the partial wildcard feature was incorporated). Triggers which are in the READY state are completely ignored.(READY should never be returned since the trigger paths have been run
