Default parameters given in L1Trigger/L1ExtraFromDigis/data/l1extraParticles.cfi and L1Trigger/L1ExtraFromDigis/data/l1extraParticleMap.cfi.

Status and planned development

L1ExtraParticlesProd complete. L1ExtraParticleMapProd needs to make use of GT emulator objects, rather than temporary kludge of evaluating trigger conditions from L1Extra particle objects.
