Implementation of Candidate classes with components from Reco data format objects.

Public interface

• reco::RecoCandidate: base class for all Reco candidate types.
• reco::RecoChargedCandidate: reco::RecoCandidate subclass containing a reference to a reco::Track
• reco::RecoEcalCandidate: reco::RecoCandidate subclass containing a reference to a reco::SuperCluster
• reco::RecoCaloTowerCandidate: reco::RecoCandidate subclass containing a reference to a CaloTower
