perform Raw to digi (and back) conversions.

Public interface

PixelDataFormatter Performs actual conversion between raw and digi
SiPixelDigiToRaw steering for digi to raw
SiPixelRawToDigi steering for raw to digi.

Unit tests and examples

The runDigiToRaw.cfg config file is example of digi to raw data conversion. The other way example is runRawToDigi.cfg. Both require file "pixelToFED.ascii" to be located in working directory.

Status and planned development

complete, stable, the persistent cabling map is missing.
